Legal Assistant

Job Description:-

-To handle all conveyancing matters such as preparing SPA, Memorandum of Transfer, Charge, Discharge of Charge, Receipt and Reassignment, Facilities Agreement, advise for drawdown etc.
-Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing status reports and other types of work assigned by the firm.
-Will report directly to the Partner of the firm.

Requirements:-

-Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law, CLP or called to the Bar.
-Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
-One year of experience and above is encouraged to apply.

Conveyancing Clerk

Job Description:-

-To handle all SPA for sub-sales and developer's project, bank security documents, perfection of transfer and charge from initial stage to completion.
-To handle tenancies, liaise with clients, bankers and/or Developers.

Requirements:-

-At least SPM Level
-Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
-SPM graduate is encouraged to apply.
