Lim Hui San, Lawyer

She is graduated from University of Malaya with a second upper class in Bachelor of Law (LL.B)(Hons) and admitted to the Malaysia Bar in the year of 2012 as an Advocate & Solicitor (High Court of Malaya). She has since commenced practice in both areas i.e Conveyancing and Litigation.
In the Conveyancing area, she is specializing in drafting and vetting agreements relating to sale and purchase transactions for developers, individuals and companies both Malaysian and foreigners in respect of residential or commercial properties. She also deals and negotiates on the sale and purchase transaction and other matters incidental thereto such as Power of Attorney, Trust Deed and etc. Besides that, she is also actively involved in handling and preparing banking loans for both consumer and commercial transactions from various types of banks namely Public Bank Berhad, CIMB, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank etc. As a result, she has a vast and wide experience in handling conveyancing matters and great exposure in dealing with different types of cases.
On top of that, she is also able to handle cases on Family Law matters such as divorce, annulment etc for both contested and non-contested matters. In addition, she also handles matters in Probate and Administrations.

Lok Cha Jung, Lawyer

Mr Lok is currently attached to our Johor Bahru Branch. He is a graduate of the Multimedia University and he completed his pupilage under the guidance and tutelage of Dato' Lawrence Chiong Sheng Fan in May 2018 and was admitted and enrolled as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in the year 2019. During his pupillage at Chiong & Partners, he was highly exposed to a wide range of both general civil and conveyancing works, which includes drafting and vetting for various kind of court causepapers and Commercial Agreements. Prior to joining our firm, he practised in Messrs Syed Alwi, Ng & Co in its Conveyancing department. Mr Lok has been exposed to various commercial transactions which include drafting, negotiation, advising and handling of sales and purchase for both Developer and Sub-sale properties. He has also been involved in housing and commercial loans, matters related to tenancy as well as real property and has extensive experience in advising some property developers and major financial institutions both locally and abroad by giving written Legal Opinion. He has also from time to time assisting Partners in preparing presentation slides and speeches to give several talks on development of housing industry laws to several property developers and agencies in Johor. His current practice also includes family matter such as Divorce, Will Drafting, Probate and Letter of Administration, including but not limited to Auction and Sub-sale housing transaction.

Nadzirah Binti Abdul Razak @ Lapochik, Lawyer

She is graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) Gombak in Bachelor of Law (LL.B)(Hons) and admitted to the Malaysian Bar in the year of 2020 as an Advocate & Solicitor (High Court of Malaya). She commenced her (9) nine months pupillage period at Messrs. Syed Alwi, Ng & Co Johor Bahru starting from March 2019 until Disember 2019. She is being exposed mostly on Conveyancing matters especially in Discharge of Charge, Deed of Receipt and Reassignment, Perfection of Transfer and Charge, and actively assisting the Senior Lawyers in preparing all legal documentations and researches in any legal area. She also has experienced in preparing wills for the clients. Apart from that, she also has been actively involved in preparing Legal Opinions on Accident matters for the Insurance Company as regards to the quantum available for the parties before the matter being brought to the Court. Being the panel’s law firm for the Bank, she actively involved in Banking Litigation matters too. After joining Messrs. HS LIM & Co in March 2020, she is now attending matters on Sale and Purchase Agreement, Loan Agreement, Family matters on Divorce and also on Probate and Administrations matters.
