Presentation at Land Office for registration

1. Once Administrator obtained the Letter of Administration, he/she has power to administer the property.
2. The Administrator must first transfer the property from Deceased to himself. He needs to register himself as Administrator on the Title Deed by signing the Form 345.
3. Next, before the Administrator can transfer property to the relevant Beneficiary, the Administrator needs to make an application to the Court to obtain the Distribution Order.
4. After obtained the Distribution Order, the Administrator and the relevant Beneficiary need to sign 14A together to transfer the property from Administrator to the relevant Beneficiary.
5. The Form 14A, Original Title, copies of Identity Cards of the parties, Letters of Administration, Quit Rent and Assessment receipts together with other relevant documents will be presented at land office for registration.
6. The whole process takes a few months.
